How You Get Mortal Wounds

Mortal Wounds aren’t something that happens all that often in Judgment, but if you’re going up against a boss or a tough enemy, there’s usually a chance of it happening.

When a boss or enemy glows with a burst of color and charges up an attack, that’s a special attack that can cause a Mortal Wound, sealing off a portion of your health bar.

Unfortunately, that portion of your health bar will stay locked off until you get the wound healed, and multiple wounds can stack on top of each other, making them really dangerous if you don’t get things taken care of. Luckily there’s a fairly easy way to do it.

Visiting the Doctor

You have two options to heal a Mortal Wound, the first of which is using a Medical Kit.

These kits can sometimes be found in locations around the world of Judgment, but they’re generally only able to be purchased from Doctor Moroboshi, who’s your second option.

You’ll have to play all the way through the first chapter of Judgment, then near the beginning of chapter 2, the game will automatically introduce you to the doctor.

He can be found by entering the sewers from the Children’s Park at the top-left of your map. In the sewer, you can talk to Moroboshi and purchase Medical Kits, or simply have him heal your Mortal Wounds for about 20,000 yen.

Even if you have the doctor do it, it’s a good idea to pick up a few Medical Kits to carry around with you, so you can heal any wounds that pop up during lengthy story segments.

That’s everything you need to know about how to heal Mortal Wounds in Judgement. For even more tips, tricks, and guides make sure to search Twinfinite, or check out our Judgment wiki.
