None of the squads required in the Van Dijk SBC are particularly tough, especially considering you need low chemistry in most of them.
In all four squads, the best thing to do would be to build a squad using a major FIFA 19 league. Avoiding the Premier League for all but the Premier League challenge is probably smart, since those players have shot up in price. La Liga is often a great choice due to how many players there are in the league that are high rated.
You do get some leeway though, especially in the Netherlands section of the Van Dijk SBC, where you only need 60 chemistry. You should be able to get away with using players out of position or from different leagues.
For the Netherlands players, you’ve only got a few options in FIFA 19. Van Dijk himself is too expensive, so Arjen Robben and Mathias De Ligt are the only real options that are even nearly high enough. You’ll have to boost the rating elsewhere.
Sadio Mane, Alisson, and Roberto Firmino are probably your best options for the Liverpool players, and you should use TOTW players from the current FIFA 19 TOTW for the Van Dijk SBC because they’ll stay cheaper by being actively packed, provided there are some that are high rated and not useable players in-game that become expensive.
