At the moment no information was provided about a release date, but you can check a few images at the bottom of the post.

The game will support the Switch’s touch screen, and even the HD Rumble features. If you know the Mary Skelter series, you probably know how that will be used. It’s a Compile Heart game, after all.

Mary Skelter 2 is the sequel of Mary Skelter: Nightmares, which was released by Compile Heart for PS Vita and PC in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

The sequel launched last year in Japan for PS4, and unlike its predecessor, it hasn’t been localized in English just yet.

Incidentally, if you’re interested in Mary Skelter 2 but you have a PS4, just yesterday Compile Heart released a spiffy dynamic theme for Sony’s console. It’s not a localization, but it’s certainly better than nothing, especially considering that it’s free.

Hopefully, Idea Factory International will decide to release Mary Skelter 2 in the west at some point. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait and see if something happens down the line on this front.
