How to Fast Travel in Life After

Recommended Videos

Survival games have long been a popular genre, so it should be no surprise that NetEase’s’ Life After has found a huge audience on mobile. Renamed from “The Day After” in China, the game is set in a post-apocalyptic world full of zombies and mutant monsters, tasking players with surviving the onslaught. Here’s how to fast travel in Life After.

Life After’s map is big. As in, big enough that your character will suffer for trying to run everything. Not to mention, you certainly don’t want to be trudging across its dangerous expanses as you fumble around on your commute home from work.

Luckily, there’s an option to fast travel, which comes in the form of a helicopter.

To use your helicopter to fast travel, tap the mini-map in the top right-hand corner of the screen whilst in a development zone. The red exit icon displays the current location of the helicopter evacuation point. You’ll need to proceed to that location.

Once there you’ll be able to tap on the Helicopter (“Open”), which pulls up your tablet and gives you several areas to chose from. Simply double tap the location you’re wanting to visit and you’ll fast travel.

Of course, not every location will be available from the off. You’ll need to build up your skills to unlock new zones. Remember, too, that different zones will have higher-level zombies. Make sure you’re prepared for each area according to the level of your character.

That does it for how to fast travel in Life After. For more useful guides, tips, and information on the game, be sure to search Twinfinite.

Life After is currently only available on mobile iOS and Android. The game description reads as follows:

“‘LifeAfter’ is a survival mobile game, when the devastating virus swept across countries, order and contract collapsed, where do you go?”
