Every time these banners refresh, you can earn tokens, which hold some valuable goodies. These rewards can include gems, power-ups, and even rare brawlers you can add to your team. Make sure to keep in mind when each event refreshes and make it a habit to log on and complete them in Brawl Stars.

Study Each Game Mode

Brawl Stars isn’t limited to just one particular game mode. There are different modes aka events that each have their own victory conditions. For Showdowns, you’ll want to bust out your gun and shoot every enemy in sight to be the last victor standing.

Meanwhile, you won’t exactly need to kill any enemies in Gem Grab. It’s all about collecting 10 gems first before your opponent and usually involves camping the middle of the arena. Make it a point to learn how to play each event, especially since certain brawlers might have an advantage depending on which event you will pick.

As you continue to play, you’ll unlock more event in Brawl Stars. This acts as a great way to ease in and try all of the game modes as they open without having to go all in at once.

Use Cover

Brawl Stars

Regardless of what mode you’re playing, you should always try to play smartly and outwit your opponent when you can. 1v1 fights will be unavoidable, but you can try to ambush your foes first.

On maps, you can find grass or bushes you can hide behind and take over. Only your teammates can see you hiding there, giving you all the cover you need to sneak into battle. Once your foes are out in the open. jump up behind them and launch your surprise attack.

You can also use these bushes to hide if you’re critically injured. If you stay out of combat, you can regenerate some health and head out back into the battlefield for another round.

Just keep in mind that hiding won’t do much if your enemy already knows your position. On top of that, you can also shoot off cover if you think someone is hiding inside. If you’re out of sight, the opponent can just blast you through the cover, regardless if they can see you or not.
