The biggest change that has come to FIFA 19 Ultimate Team is the introduction of an all-new online mode called Division Rivals. It has replaced the old Online Seasons mode and sees you play against players of your skill level in order to rank up and collect rewards.
The rewards you are able to get change depending on the division you are in and the rank you hit that week in that division. The more you play, the more rank points you get, and the better the rewards you get are.
Once you’ve played your five placement matches and have been placed in a division, you’ll have the chance to play as many games as you can in the week. The rewards make the time you spend in the mode worthwhile, so here’s everything you need to know about how to get Division Rivals Rewards and what time they go live in FIFA 19.
What Time the Rewards Go Live
First of all, the Division Rivals rewards go live at the same time every week. You will be able to claim them from 2am ET/7am BST on Thursdays. You can either claim them from FIFA 19 itself, or the game’s Web and Mobile Companion apps. Sometimes the rewards are ten minutes or so late, so don’t fret if they’re not there bang on time.
How to Claim Your Division Rivals Rewards
If you’re on your console or PC, claiming your Division Rivals rewards is pretty simple. Head into Ultimate Team and scroll to the Online section of the menu. Here, usually in the top right tile, you’ll see Division Rivals. If you’re there when the rewards are ready to be claimed, it should say so in the mode’s box.
Simply click on that option to start claiming them. You will then be shown where you finished (rank and division) and you’ll be given three reward options. One reward will be coins, another will be pack rewards, and the third will be untradeable packs. The untradeable packs will be the standard pack rewards doubled.
Simply choose which one you want and it’ll be confirmed. The packs, should you have chosen them, will be taken to the My Packs section of the store, and the coins will be immediately credited into your account. You will also be granted FUT Champions Qualification Points, which will also be added to your total automatically.
To open the packs, scroll over to the store and you should see them there waiting for you. Open them up, or save them if you’d prefer, and keep your fingers crossed for an Icon.
