This announcement follows a slew of speculation following a recent rating listing for the PS4. Not to mention that both Simon and Richter Belmont will be playable characters in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch. Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood is emulated for the PS4 with a few extra tweaks, including 4K/1080p upscaling, multiple high-resolution backgrounds, different rendering options such as smoothing, and full Trophy support. Similarly, they’ll also support the DualShock 4’s vibration feature as well as its speakers.

Those who are looking forward to Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood can pre-order the game right now on the PlayStation Store. You can get your copy once it officially launches on Oct. 26 – exactly one month from now. That said, we’re still holding out for a new entry for the Switch.
