FIFA 19: What the Install Size Is

What the Install Size is of FIFA 19

Ahh, installation. The price we pay for modern gaming. Gone are the days of plug in and play, replaced instead by hefty downloads clogging up our system memory. On the plus side, you don’t have to blow in the bottom of the cartridge anymore. Did that even work in the first place? I don’t quite recall.

On the PlayStation 4, FIFA 19 commands 41.47 GB to install. It sounds like quite a lot, considering that the gargantuan world of God of War was only just slightly larger at 44.443 GB. However, it isn’t necessarily surprising; you may recall that FIFA 18 was roughly the same size.

The Xbox One version should be roughly the 40 GB mark as well. The install size for the Switch edition is not yet known, but it is almost a certainty that it will require use of an SD card if you want to fit it in. Expect this trend to be more prevalent in cross-platform games moving forward, and try and find the best deal on those Micro SD cards so you’ll be ready for all of the upcoming releases!

Big as the install size may be, it is dwarfed by the sheer enormity of our FIFA 19 wiki (that was an awkward segue)! It is jam-packed full of the hints, tricks and strategies you’ll need to know to become a wizard out on the soccer pitch.

As always, Twinfinite is your destination for the best info on gaming, anime, pop culture and much, much more! Brought to you as always by our passionate and verbose staff, who are always on the lookout for the latest goss. Plus, one of us (who will remain nameless) is even brave enough to choose the Vancouver Whitecaps in competitive play! He rarely wins, but golly those kits look dandy.
