There will also be merchandise based on the game that guests can purchase on the show floor, so hopefully a few of those Fragile Express umbrellas will be on sale. For now, there’s no word on what will be shown at the event or what aspects of the game it will focus on.
Considering the game was announced with a vague, very confusing teaser at E3 2016, fans of the notorious Kojima have been desperate for any story or gameplay details of this strange game. Luckily, Death Stranding’s most recent trailer gave us a further look into the game’s world and various gameplay aspects.
Set in an apocalyptic world, humans seems to be at the very edge of reality and are in constant danger from invisible beings that speed up the aging process once touched. Multiple Big Bangs have decimated the face of the Earth, and babies that may be clones seems to be humanity’s final hope. It’s all so much to break down, so stay with Twinfinite for any future coverage.
Death Stranding is in development for the PlayStation 4 with no release date in sight.
