How to Eat in Cuisine Royale

The rise of the battle royale genre has seen a surge of new games chasing the success of Fortnite and PUBG – two successful titles that have taken the industry by storm. As you’d imagine, we’re soon to be inundated with a slew of games one can barely tell apart, so the race is on to put a new spin on the formula. Enter Cuisine Royale, a hilarious blend of survival and kitchen utensils in which you’ll batter your opponents with ladles, pots, and pans in a bid to become the winner, winner (…chicken dinner). With so many chefs, there’s plenty of food lying about the place, as you’d imagine. So here’s how to eat in Cuisine Royale, and what it does.

Eating food in Cuisine Royale serves as the games health recovery mechanic, and you’ll need to make sure you’re scouring the environment for these delicious morsels as you traverse the map. Don’t worry, there’s plenty to go around. To pick up food, approach it and press F.

Once you’ve located some grub, it’s time to tuck in. To do so, press Tab to open your inventory and scroll through your available items. You can eat them from here, but if you’re moving about and need to munch quickly, you can just press T at any time to consume food and heal up. We’d recommend getting used to performing the latter option since you really don’t want to get caught searching through your inventory sifting for items. Unless you’re wanting to eat something specific, just hit T.

That’s all you need to know about how to eat in Cuisine Royale. For more guides on the game, be sure to keep it locked on Twinfinite, as we’ll have plenty more information on the game in the coming weeks.
