Can You Get Avengers Skins in Fortnite?

Recommended Videos

Epic Games has just announced a Fortnite x Avengers: Infinity War crossover event. The “Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mashup” will bring 100 players together to duke it out for supremacy, with the fully powered-up Infinity Gauntlet hidden somewhere on the map in each game. This has led some fans to predict further Marvel collaborations in the near future, with Avengers skins being at the top of their wish lists. It’s safe to say that Fortnite has been pretty into superheroes lately, launching their own original ones, along with some very obvious homages to the MCU.

And while it is likely we might see some Avengers skins or other content arrive in Fortnite very soon, there are currently no details to confirm. At present, only the Thanos and Infinity War-specific content has been formally announced, so fans will have to wait and see if other MCU stuff comes to the game. Bad news then for those hoping to jump into a match as Iron Man, but in the meantime, you can check out the new Infinity Gauntlet mode in Fortnite, when it premieres May 8, 2018.

Fortnite continues to receive excellent new content via regular updates from its developer. The game recently launched its fourth season, which brought with it a ton of new features like spray paint tags, new points of interest, hop rocks as well as some tweaks to gameplay and bug fixes. The game has been host to crossover content in the past, with a John Wick skin available for players to unlock. Fingers crossed Avengers skins will get added sometime down the line. Be sure to stay tuned for more news, guides and impressions on the game.

That’s all you currently need to know regarding whether or not Avengers skins are coming to Fortnite Battle Royale. Fortnite is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Android and iOS. For more on the game, including tips, tricks and walkthroughs, check out our wiki guide.
