Island of Light Treasure Map Location in God of War

There’s plenty of side activities in God of War that have you stray from the beaten path to hunt for treasure and take on powerful enemies. One of those side activities involves 12 treasure maps that are scattered across the game’s realms. One of those treasure maps is called the Island of Light map and here’s where you’ll find it in the game.

Finding the Island of Light treasure map is quite simple. It is located on the northern shore of the Lake of the Nine. Head towards that part of the body of water, just a short while north of the Cliffs of the Raven, and look for the bridge landing that’s immediately south of the Light Elf Outpost. Here you’ll see some rubble by the shoreline, where the treasure map will be lying.

The map reads,”While we hail from Alfheim, the Light Elves make sure to watch over Midgard. I’ve spent most of my life here at this outpost and I will likely die here,” pointing you in the direction of the Light Elf Outpost.

Once you’re there, turn 180 degrees after crossing the first light bridge, then follow the path along the ledge to the broken wall. If you then turn left you should see a waterfall near the lake. This is the perfect position to be in because you’ll find the treasure by the outer edge of the wall you’re now at.

That’s all you need to know about finding the Island of Light treasure map in God of War. For more on the game, be sure to check out our wiki guide.
