Is Spyro Reignited Trilogy Coming to Nintendo Switch?
It’s happening! The iconic purple dragon of video games is hitting our current generation of consoles with his original trilogy of epic adventures. Spyro Reignited Trilogy will pack in all of the iconic locations and characters from the first three adventures in the series, all remastered with improved environments, new lighting, updated controls, and recreated cinematics. While we know the game is coming to PS4 and Xbox One just like Crash Bandicoot’s recent remaster did/is coming to (in the case of the Xbox One), some may be wondering if Spyro Reignited Trilogy is also coming to the Nintendo Switch.
Currently, nothing official has been announced regarding Spyro Reignited Trilogy coming to the Nintendo Switch. However, it was spotted that the Nintendo UK website listed the title for the Switch, though no release date was provided. It’s since been removed, but it certainly suggests that Spyro’s remastered adventures could also hit the Nintendo Switch, just maybe not at the same time as the PS4 and Xbox One.
Of course, with no official announcements being made, this could just be one huge mistake on Nintendo’s part. Though, if you ask us, that seems unlikely. As soon as we have concrete information on this, we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know.
