Getting Fucium Ore in Monster Hunter World
Fucium Ore is a rare resource that is used for crafting gear and equipment in Monster Hunter World. Like most of the other metals and ores you can get in the game, trying to farm for Fucium Ore will require a little bit of luck on your part as the drops from the collection nodes are based on RNG.
That said, this material can only be found in the Elder’s Recess locale, which is an area that you unlock fairly late into the game. Once there, all you have to do is look for the blue crystal mining nodes and interact with them for a chance at nabbing some Fucium Ore. Areas 6, 12, and 13, in particular, are full of nodes that are easily accessible. Do note that the Fucium Ore is an extremely rare drop, so you might end up spending quite a bit of time trying to farm it. We recommend checking the nodes whenever you’re in the area for a quest or assignment to make it feel like less of a slog.
