HOW TO STOP BLEEDING IN MONSTER HUNTER WORLD

Recommended Videos

Bleeding is a status effect in Monster Hunter World that causes your character to lose health whenever you move. It’s something that if not taken care of, will cause major damage and will ultimately kill you. Some monsters, like the Odogaron, can inflict this debuff by simply attacking you.

To stop the bleeding effect, you can crouch in one place for a short amount of time or by eating some type of meat, like a well-done steak for example. The second thing that you can do is to come prepared with some Astera Jerky, which will automatically rid you of the bleeding effect and restore the red portion of your health gauge. You can find Astera Jerky from the provisions master in Astera, which you can hold up to five in your pouch. If you’re desperate and can’t afford Astera Jerky and you find yourself bleeding out in the field, sheathing your weapon and crouching will work just fine too.

That’s all you need to know about how to stop bleeding in Monster Hunter World. For more tips, tricks, and guides on the game, make sure to head on over to our ever-growing wiki guide.
