My Time at Portia Is Bringing Its Unique Brand of Farming and Crafting to Switch

Raising animals? Count us in.

My Time at Portia is currently in early access via Steam, and it looks absolutely adorable. But it’s also coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Why should you care? Only because it’s got a special blend of Rune Factory and Stardew Valley-like cooking, crafting, fishing, and farming all in one very cute package. You could try it out right now on PC, but the best is yet to come because you’ll soon be able to take it anywhere you’d like with Nintendo’s popular handheld.

There’s about 25 hours of content in the game in its present Early Access format, but there’s still a lot more to come. In the future you’ll be able to marry your partner, throw birthday parties, take part in seasonal events, play minigames and pub games, as well as raise your own animals. It’s a lot like similar games in the simulation vein, and if you’ve been looking for something in the same genre as Stardew Valley that you can take with you here and there, this will be right up your alley.

My Time at Portia is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in 2018.
