Collecting Bonuses in Sims Freeplay
The Sims Freeplay is a freemium version of The Sims that you can play on your favorite mobile device. It’s been available to play since 2011 when it launched on iOS, but it’s since come to Android as well, so if you need your Sims fix when you’re out and about, you can always opt for this version of the game to try. Just like in the regular version of The Sims in its various iterations, there are bonuses you can collect.
While playing, you’ll come across special bonuses that you can collect for your Sims. As far as which types of bonuses are out in the world, that depends on what event is currently going on or what you’re doing in-game. For instance, if your Sim is working on arts and crafts, watch his or her head for a small icon that will appear above it.
Tap the icon that appears above your Sim’s head to collect the bonus item that’s available and it will be added to your inventory. For example, for arts and crafts, you might see a candle-like icon. When you tap it, it will be enveloped by a blue circle and the word “Bonus” in bold white lettering. That’s one way to know you didn’t miss your opportunity and you got the bonus item or content that appeared.
There are various different situations during which you should be on the lookout for bonuses, but in every case you’ll be able to collect them in the same manner.
