Adventures and Lost Sectors
4 Things to Do After Beating Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris
So, you’ve just beaten the three to five hour-long main story missions in Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris. What do you do next? Just like in the base game, a wealth of end game activities that allow you to get better gear and unearth more details about the game’s story will open up after completing the main campaign.
There are dozens of end game activities in Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris that you can play on your own or with a Fireteam. Let’s start with a few activities you haven’t done yet in Mercury, but have probably spent countless hours of your time on elsewhere.
Basically, the explorable world of Mercury truly opens up after completing the campaign, and you’ll notice several familiar markings on your map: Lost Sector entrances and Adventures.
Adventures and Heroic Adventures, which flesh out the narrative and lore of the game, will only pop up on your map after completing the campaign. Completing these activities will yield some sweet rewards for your Guardian. Similarly, all the Lost Sectors will appear on your map post-campaign, allowing you to easily farm Tokens and get a random reward from a loot chest. While Lost Sectors can be visited before completing the campaign, finding all of them can be quite tricky without some guidance.
Lost Prophecies

Wondering how you can get one of the best Vex-modded weapons in Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris? Just head straight to Brother Vance after beating the campaign. Brother Vance has a total of 11 Lost Prophecies, with each Lost Prophecy Verse corresponding to a node on the dial in the Weapon Forge. Completing these will allow you to craft a certain weapon archetype at the Weapon Forge.
If you felt exhausted completing the questline to unlock MIDA Multi-Tool, you’ll be glad to hear that you can play however you want to complete Brother Vance’s Lost Prophecies. Each Lost Prophecy Verse simply requires you to complete events such as Strikes, Adventures, and Public Events.
Heroic Strikes

One of the most enjoyable modes of the first Destiny is back. With the return of Heroic Strikes, you and your teammates can engage in modifier-filled linear missions from the base game or Curse of Osiris.
While the rewards in the regular Strike playlist is lackluster, you can definitely get better loot in the Heroic ones. Heroic Strikes will also join the Weekly Milestone rewards, thus giving you more means to get a random Powerful Gear. If you’re trying to quickly reach the new Power Level cap of 330 in Destiny 2, you should never forget to participate in Heroic Strikes.
Prep for the Raid Lair
4 Things to Do After Beating Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris
You and your fellow Guardians who own Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris will soon get to engage in new a Raid area. The Leviathan: Eater of Worlds Raid Lair takes place in a different section of the Leviathan ship and comes complete with new encounters, puzzles, bosses, and a huge final boss. Of course, precious loot awaits the Fireteam of six Guardians that can triumph in the Raid Lair. Rewards for completion as teased by Bungie include new raid gear, weapons, and exotics.
Compared to the main Leviathan raid, the Raid Lair is smaller in scale and doesn’t require the same time investment. Nonetheless, it is as challenging and Bungie teases that players will die a lot of times before completing a run. While waiting for the Raid Lair’s release, it’s probably best for you to inch towards the Power Level cap of 330 (or 335 with mods) to make your playthrough easier.
The Raid Lair isn’t available at Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris’ launch to allow players to gear up and level up their Guardians. The recommended Power Level for the Raid Lair is set at 300, with a prestige version of the Raid Lair scheduled to launch sometime in 2018.
