Fire Emblem Echoes: How to Save

How to Save in Fire Emblem Echoes

Recommended Videos

As you travel from battle to battle in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, saving your game will be of the utmost importance. You wouldn’t want to lose your progress after overcoming a particularly difficult battle. Luckily, Echoes provides you with a few different options for saving.

First and foremost, after every battle or dungeon in the game, the save screen will automatically pop up, letting you save your progress. However, if you want to save at any time you can do so as well. Just select the menu button on the right while in a town or castle, or hit the X button on the world map, From there just select Save, and voila.

There’s also the option of creating an interim save during a battle, that’ll pop you out to the main menu and let you pick up right where you left off. To do this, select an open square and press A, then select Bookmark on the menu. Make sure to save often in Fire Emblem Echoes, as you want to keep your progress going at all times.
