Is Prey PS4 Pro Compatible?
Arkane Studios’ sci-fi shooter, Prey, is finally out and takes players to a distance space station called Talos I. Unfortunately, the place is flooded with the hostile Typhon and so it’s down to you to clear it out and uncover the secrets of the TranStar company. With the game releasing after the PS4 Pro, players may be wondering if the game is compatible with Sony’s supercharged system.
For those unaware, the PS4 Pro is Sony’s “4K version” of the standard PS4. While it doesn’t have any exclusive games, developers can utilize the power to offer smoother and more immersive experiences.
Well, we have good news. According to the back of the box, Prey is PS4 Pro compatible. Exactly what the enhancements players will see when playing Prey on the Pro, however, remains unclear.
At the time of writing, there has been no confirmation from Arkane Studios as to how the Pro’s extra horsepower has been used to enhance the experience. However, as soon these improvements have been noted, we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know.
