What Remains of Edith Finch is a moving experience that has players dealing with love, loss, and acceptance as they explore the titular character’s family home. The game is not difficult, and can be completed in a very short time, even better is that all of its trophies are relatively easy to obtain. Even if you had to repeat a part, or the entire game, for some reason, it’s short and sweet enough that you wouldn’t even notice.

There are nine trophies in total – two gold, one silver, and six bronze. We’re sorry to say that there is no Platinum this time around, but you can easily 100% this title and boost your overall count and rank. Plus, it’s an amazing game so you may as well dive in.

Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series

Guardians of the Galaxy

Telltale Games does two things incredibly well. The first is that they deliver entertaining stories that draw you in by giving you power over how certain elements play out. You make choices and watch as things work out and/or consequences rear their ugly heads. The second is that all of their games come with a list of trophies that requires nothing more than playing through the game.

Enter Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series’ first episode. There are six trophies to nab which includes three bronze, two silver, and one gold. All you have to do is play all six chapters and it doesn’t matter which choices you make (though they may matter to you and how you want your story to play out so pay attention). There is a platinum waiting to be unlocked, but you must first complete all of the episodes for this season (there are five in total). If all goes according to plan, all five should be out by the end of 2017, adding another, very easy platinum to your collection.

The Walking Dead: A New Frontier

The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Episode 4

You didn’t think you were done with Telltale Games for April, did you? While they were kicking off a new series with Guardians of the Galaxy, the studio has also been working on closing out the third season of the franchise that really thrust them into the mainstream: The Walking Dead. April saw the release of Episode 4 of A New Frontier, which brought along six more, easy to obtain trophies.

If you haven’t played this season yet, there are four full episodes waiting for you, offering a total of 24 trophies for simple, enjoyable gameplay that requires you just completing each chapter. When Episode 5 drops (which should be in the near future), you’ll unlock the platinum for completing that as well.

Little Nightmares

little nightmares

Little Nightmares is another April release that doesn’t have a platinum, but you shouldn’t be so quick to pass up on it. For starters, if you’re into a bit of horror, this one provides just the right amount of spooky atmosphere as you navigate a world full of terrifying giants and other nightmares. It’s an interesting puzzle-platformer that  will have you use your head as you navigate the Maw’s (the ship you find yourself exploring) confines.

It’s also a relatively short experience, offering up 13 trophies for around 5 hours of work. It’s enjoyable from beginning to end with minor issues with controls. Don’t worry though, the controls won’t get in the way of you increasing your count of shiny baubles.

Skyforge

skyforge

Skyforge is an MMORPG, which normally isn’t synonymous with easy trophy lists. However, the list on offer here honestly isn’t difficult. There are 48 trophies available, including the ever-coveted platinum, and many of them revolve around beating the campaign (which is simply beating all of the areas, which you’ll do naturally), and maxing out each of the different classes.

Maxing out classes may sound like a lot of work, but they honestly take about an hour each, even less for some players. You can unlock every class using in-game money as well, which isn’t difficult to come by, meaning you can work towards the platinum without ever spending a single cent of your own, hard-earned cash. Not too shabby. There is one trophy that takes a very long time though, Elder God, which requires you complete a lot of challenges. Plus three of the classes are not yet available, but will be added in the near future. Still, that’s a lot of easy trophies you can get for the amazing price of FREE.

Persona 5

persona 5

This is the odd duck on this list, mainly because Persona 5 is a very long game. You can easily pour 100 hours into a single playthrough without really trying to. Still, it’s an amazing game with trophies that honestly aren’t very difficult to obtain. You get to be a high school student by day, and a supernatural thief by night as you dive into people’s minds to change their hearts, it’s pretty neat.

We do advise using guides though, as while the trophies aren’t exactly difficult, they can be missed since it’s easy to pass something by. If you love JRPGs that are oozing style and substance, and figure you may as well nab a ton of trophies while you’re at it (there are 49 to collect), definitely pick this game up.
