How to Keep a Horse – Zelda: Breath of the Wild
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets you get on any horse you want and ride it around, provided you can tame it, of course. However, the horse will run away from you if you get off of it and wander too far, or if things get hectic. Thankfully, you can prevent this from happening by taking your new friend to a nearby stable, and officially name it to make it yours forever.
Once you’ve tamed a horse, simply ride it to any stable available in the world. Here, you’ll have to pay a small fee of 20 rupees to own it officially. After you’ve done that, you’ll be provided with a saddle, and you’ll be able to give it a name as well. From here on out, you’ll be able to call the horse and have it come over to you if it’s within hearing distance. If you find one that you really like, be sure to ride it to a stable so you can keep it for good. Having a horse at your beck and call is sure to be useful for moving around the large world of Hyrule as well.
