Call of Duty: Modern warfare was originally released back in 2007 and has since become one of the most acclaimed shooters ever released. The game not only featured an excellent campaign mode but also incredibly fun online multiplayer that kept players coming back for more.
Last year, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered was released but was only made available for those who purchased the special edition of that year’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
Those of you who have access to Modern Warfare Remastered will be pleased to learn that a double XP weekend will be held this week. From this Friday to Monday, you’ll be able to level up twice as fast.
The news was recently announced on Twitter:

Despite the fact that many fans would love to get their hands on Modern Warfare Remastered, the only way to do so is to buy it bundled with Infinite Warfare. With this year being the game’s tenth anniversary, hopefully we’ll see it released separately.
