Nioh – Elixirs

Recommended Videos

When you first start out in Nioh, William will only be able to carry three Elixirs on his person. While you can increase that number by picking up Elixirs dropped by enemies, if you use them up, resting at a shrine will cause that number to go back to just three. However, you can increase that max number by finding the green Kodama and sending them back to a shrine.

For every five Kodama that you find, your max number of Elixirs will go up by one. However, each region in Nioh has a set number of Kodama that you can find. Your max number of Elixirs will vary, depending on how many Kodama you find in each region. For instance, if you find 25 Kodama in the Kyushu region, your max number will go up by five in that region. However, going to another region will cause that number to reset, and you’ll have to find more Kodama in the new region to increase it again. For help finding all the Kodama locations, check our guide here.

And that’s all you need to know about increasing your Elixir inventory in Nioh. Be sure to check back with Twinfinite and our ever-expanding wiki for more tips, tricks, and information on Nioh.
