Vampyr will allow players to interact with NPCs around the world, and even make decisions that could potentially alter the game’s outcome, as well as affect how other characters perceive Reid. Reid works as a doctor in the city, but he’s also plagued with vampirism. The game will require players to balance their duties as a doctor while keeping the inner monster-like qualities in check when roaming around town. We’ve also seen some previously released gameplay footage that showed off Reid attacking enemies with firearms and melee attacks, and it looks like the game will come with a progression tree or skill system too.

Vampyr is set to be released for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2017.
