The sixth season of AMC’s The Walking Dead ended on a cliffhanger that rubbed a ton of viewers the wrong way. While Negan (played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan) did make his chilling on-screen debut in the season finale, one of the main characters was supposed to be killed off, only for viewers to witness that event from the yet unknown victim’s point of view.
A new promo clip from The Walking Dead’s seventh season shows Negan laying out some ground rules while ominously waving Lucille around. No domestic violence here, since Lucille is merely his baseball bat with some barbed wire wrapped around it. Whomever’s skull that bat split open, we believe it’s safe to say it did a good job doing so.
