Currently, the app does not allow players to trade Pokemon online with friends. Yet, that does seem to be the next step, according to Niantic CEO John Hanke.

“It’s kind of a core element,” says Hanke, according to Tech Insider. That seems to not be the only thing coming to Pokemon GO, but updating Pokestops and allowing players to “customize their functions in other ways,” was mentioned as a possibility.

According to the same report, there is also the idea of adding a global leadership scoreboard. It wasn’t mentioned if it will be broken down by teams or how the score will be added up. Pokemon GO might also be seeing its way to AR devices, such as the Hololens or the newest Google Glass being worked on now. Of course, that is just a few ideas being thrown around and there other things that need to be worked on, such as the gym glitch or the server issues that are common with the app.  Let us know down below in the comments what you would like to see happen next.
