Deus Ex: Mankind Divided received a brand new look today at one of the major city-hubs of the game, Prague. The demo begins with Adam Jensen recovering in his apartment after being caught in the middle of terrorist attack, allegedly committed by a group of augmented extremists. Jensen’s augmentations have begun to malfunction, forcing him to get in contact with an undreground augmentation specialist named Vaclav Koller. Unfortunately, Koller’s workshop has been set upon by enemy forces.
The nearly 17-minute-long video gives us a look at the different options available in Prague, as well as the social atmosphere of the city. Like its predecessor, Mankind Divided gives players multiple options when approaching every situation. There are different routes to find, stealth options to take, combat options and more for players to discover. The city itself has even been sectioned off into augmented and non-augmented, and tensions are running high. Take a look at the full gameplay video down below.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided launches on August 23 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Mankind Divided will feature a brand new game mode called Breach, adding an arcade-style mission structure. Deus Ex Go for smartphones and tablets was also announced today via a trailer.
