Stardew Valley: How to Get to the Secret Woods

How to Get to the Secret Woods in Stardew Valley

Recommended Videos

In Stardew Valley, there are plenty of different places to uncover within quaint little Pelican Town. One such area are the “Secret Woods.” It’s very easy to get here, but you first have to make sure you have at least a Steel Axe first, so make sure to upgrade it at the Blacksmith a couple of times.

Once you have your Steel Axe, head south of your farm and then immediately go west. When you pass that big, beautiful tree, you’ll know you’re heading the right way. The entrance to the Secret Woods is past where the Traveling Cart usually is. You’ll see a fallen log that’s in your way. Lay waste to this with your new axe and pick up that Hardwood. The entrance to the Secret Woods is now open!

The Secret Woods is where you’ll be able to get up to 12 Hardwood a day (from chopping on the stumps), feed the Master Cannoli a Sweet Berry Gem for a Stardrop Fruit, and fish for Woodskip.
