Metroid: Zero Mission puts you in the boots (and armour) of bounty hunter Samus Arran as she goes on her first space adventure to the planet Zebes in a quest to take down some bad ass Space Pirates and a huge Mother Brain. Sounds pretty nifty eh?

With this being a GameBoy Advance remake of the original Metroid, you can expect completely redesigned environments, based on the original levels, with new features such as Morph Ball launchers and zip lines. Oh, and when you defeat giant Mother Brain mentioned earlier, you’ve got plenty more bounty hunting to be getting on with.

The full list of games released onto the eShop this week across all Nintendo consoles is listed below. Hotly anticipated Punch-Out!! also gets a release on WiiU, prices for both games and other releases this week are listed below.

Wii U
The Fall €9.99 / £6.99
Punch-Out!! €19.99 / £17.99
My Style Studio: Notebook €2.99 / £2.69

Wii U Virtual Console
Metroid Zero Mission €6.99 / £6.29

3DS
Shanghai Mahjong €7.99 / £7.19
3D Out Run €4.99 / £4.49

Whilst this is all happy times for us European gamers, there has been no announcement made from Nintendo of America on the release of the GameBoy Advance remake of the original Metriod in the states. This follows the questionable decision made by Nintendo recently regarding America only receiving the New Nintendo 3DS in the XL version and not the smaller, more portable size.

What do you think of Nintendo of America and there recent decision making at the moment, will Metroid: Zero Mission hit the US shortly after? Let us know in the comments below.
