Atomic Heart Release Date

Atomic Heart arrives on Feb. 21, 2023 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. This was confirmed via the release date reveal trailer, included below.

It’s worth noting that while this release date has been announced, things are always subject to change. In fact, delays to a game’s expected release date have been pretty commonplace over the past couple of years following COVID-19 and its impact on collaborative workplaces.

Should there be a change to Atomic Heart’s release date, we’ll update this post and let you know.

What Is Atomic Heart About?

Set in an alternate 1955 version of the Soviet Union, this FPS will place you in the shoes of a P-3, a mentally unstable KGB special agent sent by their government to investigate a manufacturing facility that has fallen silent.

Not long into the investigation, though, it is revealed that the machines have gone rogue and are bioengineering strange experiments. Now it’s up to you to make use of everyday items to make improvised, crafted weapons that you’ll shoot and swing in order to defeat enemies.
