Usually players would have to grind through FUT seasons, chance their pack luck, or explore potentially pricey SBCs in order to land limited-time, specialty cards such as the ones we’re about to discuss. Instead, they’ll only have to complete four different objectives.

Oh, and two of them will give them other Liga Portugal players along the way! So let’s get to it. What follows are the requirements, as well as the rewards for completing them.

It takes a little bit of menu hopping to access, but simply go from Home > Objectives > Milestones > Squad Foundations: Liga Portugal, and you’re there. It is the first of two Liga Portugal-themed objectives listed. After that you’ll need to check off four different tasks, which can be done in any order.

Not to mention, you’ll even be able to combine some of these objectives depending on how efficient you can be.

Right Foot Forward [Reward: Foundations Soñora]

For this, players will have to assist 10 goals using Forwards in Liga Portugal in Squad Battles (or Rivals) on Semi-Pro difficulty or higher. That means Strikers, Center Forwards, and Wingers are acceptable. Build a squad with that sort of balance and you should be all set.

Fine Touch [Reward: Gold Pack]

Perhaps some of those assists can stem from here. For this objective, players must score 7 goals using Liga Portugal players in Squad Battles (or Rivals) on Semi-Pro difficulty or higher. The goals can come from anywhere, just as long as they’re representatives of Liga Portugal.

Play 20 [Reward: Small Gold Players Pack]

This is where the grind truly kicks in, though it should be noted that players are not required to win these 20 matches. They simply must play 20 matches in Squad Battles (or Rivals) on Semi-Pro difficulty or higher while starting at least 7 Liga Portugal players.

Additionally, you do not have to keep all seven of said players on the pitch for the duration of the match if you choose not to. You simply have to start them.

Winning Formula [Reward: Foundations Wilson Manafá]

And finally, you can always count on at least one winning objective from these. Players must win 8 matches, but with a bit of a twist. Those eight wins must be by a minimum margin of 2 goals in either Squad Battles or Rivals on Semi-Pro difficulty or higher.

Additionally, players must start these matches with at least 7 Liga Portugal players in their Starting XI. Once again, those seven (or more) do not have to play the duration of the match. For what it’s worth, we recommend taking advantage of the skill level leniency with these objectives.

And there you have it—everything players need to know to complete the Nuno Santos Foundations objectives in FIFA 23. If you’re looking for more FIFA 23-related content, Twinfinite has you covered! Be sure to check out our review and how to get loyalty, and don’t forget about the links below.
