Seaweed Locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Because several quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley require you to get Seaweed, it is essential to learn about this resource’s location. Therefore, if you need to obtain this material, you can acquire it in two ways:

  • Pick the item up on the ground
  • Fishing for Seaweed in random spots

Seaweed can wash up on the shores of Dazzle Beach or Ariel’s initial location from the Mysterious Wreck quest. However, you won’t be able to pick up these items at the same destination since their spawn rate is extremely low. With this in mind, it’s best to fish in random locations where there aren’t any ripples, as shown here:

Circular ripples in the water are typically places where you can acquire rare fish or other items, so try to avoid targeting these particular spots when on a mission for Seaweed. Be aware that you may have to repeat this process because you can sometimes get Bass or Cod even if you aim your Fishing Rod in the correct location. That being said, it’s recommended to fish for this item when you have free time to make the experience less tedious.

Once you collect enough of the material, you can make an abundance of Fiber at any nearby crafting station (one Seaweed will give you five Fibers.) In addition, Fiber can be crafted into a Rope, another valuable resource that is used for many missions.

We hope this guide has helped you in your quest to acquire Seaweed in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Before you go, you can check out more content about the game by exploring the relevant links below and viewing our guide on how to bypass barriers.
