Although Disney Dreamlight Valley doesn’t have a health component, there is a stamina bar at the top-left corner of the screen. If the bar reaches a low point, the player will experience Exhaustion, a mechanic that will prevent them from doing more tasks. Fortunately, there are a few ways to deal with Exhaustion in the game, and here is a list of things you can do:

  • Go back to your house
  • Eat meals/food items
  • Level up your character’s stats

Once players return to their house in Dreamlight Valley, their stamina bar will automatically go up without using any items. But, if you don’t have the time to go back to your home, you can eat food from your inventory and possibly double your energy with specific recipes.

In this case, it’s best to eat dishes with a high star rating since these meals can eliminate your Exhaustion. You can also consume food ingredients, such as fish, berries, and other items, for a quick fix during dire situations when you don’t have any dishes.

The last activity you can do is level up your character’s stats, which will boost your stamina bar gradually. To upgrade your stats, you’ll have the option to do various activities, including completing quests, doing things that help the Valley, and reaching new levels in friendships.

Once you do enough of these tasks, your character stats will level up, and you should see a prompt that states, ‘Max Energy increased.’

That’s everything you need to know about how to deal with Exhaustion in Disney Dreamlight Valley. For more content about the game, you can check out the relevant links below and view our guide about how to get Star Coins fast.
