Steam Sales are nothing short of fantastic. They offer players the chance to fill up their libraries with a ton of games to get them through the toasty summer months at heavily discounted prices. As such, they’ve become something that the PC community often looks forward to. The best part, they happen several times every year, and it just so happens that the Steam Summer Sale 2022 is potentially due to start very soon indeed.

When Does the Steam Summer Sale Start?

The Steam Summer Sale is due to start on Thursday, June 23, 2022 and will run for two weeks until Thursday, July 7, 2022.

While Valve has yet to officially make this announcement, we can assume these will be the dates based on previous years. For example, in 2021, the sale ran from June 24 to July 8 and in 2020 it was June 25 until July 9.

It always appears to begin on a Thursday towards the end of June, and runs for two weeks. The only slight contention this year, is that there will also be Thursday, June 30, which will be the last Thursday of the month. This appears to be when the sale has started in previous years, so there’s always a chance it could start on June 30 and end on July 14.

As soon as we have official confirmation, we’ll update this post and let you know.
