How to Spare Bosses in Sifu

How to Spare Bosses in Sifu:

  1. Progress each level until you reach the boss fight.

  2. Whittle their health down until the finisher prompt pops up and wait for it to disappear.

  3. Start the second phase of the fight but only parry.

  4. Break their structure again by only parrying.

  5. Press Left on the D-Pad a controller or Left Arrow on a keyboard to spare the boss.

Trophies and Secret Ending

For completing each of these fights by sparing the bosses in Sifu, you’ll unlock the following trophies and items:

  • Fajar: Wood Talisman (Muk Yan Master trophy)
  • Sean: Fire Talisman (Tiger on Fire trophy)
  • Kuroki: Water Talisman (Source of Flying Daggers trophy)
  • Jinfeng: Metal Talisman (Iron Money trophy)
  • Yang: Earth Talisman (Legendary Talismans of Wuxing trophy)

To get the secret ending, you’ll need to follow each of the steps above in the final fight with Yang. The difference in this fight is that you will actually finish him off with a takedown, even though your character won’t actually do it. This unlocks the secret, true ending to Sifu.
