First of all, we learn that the game will now release in mid-March in Japan. It was supposed to launch in February, but the developers decided to take a bit more time for a final round of polish before launch.

It’s worth mentioning that an English release has not been announced yet. but in our recent interview with production manager Sho Hamanaga and brand producer Kazutoshi “Tororo” Matsumura, we heard that that they’re “working hard” to make Immortals: Muv-Luv Alternative available in the west as well.

We get to see three videos and quite a few screenshots.

The first video showcases the menus, battles, and storytelling, also providing a look at many known and new characters and the crafting of a TSF mecha.

The second focuses on weapons that you can acquire while killing enemies. They have stats that make them different from each other and parameters named “Extended Armament” that provide additional modes of fire randomly selected when you drop them.

The third video showcases the activation of special skills, that appear to be rather spectacular and devastating.

The screenshots showcase a bit more gameplay and menus, on top of an illustration of a Mig-21 Balalaika TSF.
