How to Increase Sacred Flask Charges in Elden Ring

While exploring throughout the world of Elden Ring, you’ll likely stumble upon illusory trees that are scattered about, unmarked on the map. In these trees, you’ll find items known as Golden Seeds.

These are what you’ll use to upgrade your Sacred Flask charges. Golden Seeds can also be found in drops, though it is much rarer than simply going up to one of these trees. Choosing the Flasks option in the Site of Grace will add a charge while consuming a Golden Seed in the process.
