Dying Light 2: How to Change Character Appearance

Change Character Appearance in Dying Light 2

Techland’s latest open-world RPG is a strictly first-person experience, which means you won’t be seeing any of Aiden outside of the inventory screen. That being said, the gear he’s wearing at any one time is always on display in that menu screen and so anything you do decide to equip is always visible there. For those who are interested in how to change character appearance in Dying Light 2, here’s what you need to know.

You can change Aiden’s appearance with different gear pieces, but, as mentioned, the only time you’ll ever see Aiden is in the inventory screen where he appears modeling whatever clothes you have equipped. The main purpose for gear is the various perks they provide, like more armor for defense.

Gear can be found scattered across the open world; as always, make sure you’re scavenging absolutely everything you come across when out exploring, including the corpses of fallen enemies.

Do note that higher-level gear is typically found in areas such as GRE Anomaly zones, GRE Facilities, Convoys, and other areas that are generally dangerous and/or require you to visit at night time.

You can also purchase new gear from vendors, such as at the Bazaar in Old Villedor, or the Fisheye in the X region of Downtown.

That’s everything you should need to know about how long Dying Light 2 takes to beat. For more tips and tricks on the game, do be sure to check out Twinfinite’s detailed wiki page. You should also see some related content below that may prove useful.
