What Is Valor?

Halo Infinite Valor is a resourced awarded for performing heroic actions such as rescuing marines, capturing Banished bases, destroying Banished Propaganda Towers and eliminating High Value Targets.

Basically, anything you do in Halo Infinite’s campaign will reward you with Valor. This is a cumulative resource that marks you progress in the fight against the Banished.

The more Valor you have, you’ll be able to access more vehicles and weapons from any FOBs that you capture from the Banished.

You can check what you’ve unlocked with your Valor and what you’ll next unlock by pressing the View button to open up the menu and then tabbing over to ‘FOB.’

Here, you’ll find a Battle Pass-like rail of vehicles and weapons. Each time you earn Valor, you’ll progress further and further along the rail.

Getting Valor Fast & Easy in Halo Infinite

Valor is earned by completing the following activities around the world:

  • Rescuing Squads of Marines
  • Destroying Banished Bases (Purple Icons on your map)
  • Destroying Propaganda Towers
  • Completing Missions
  • Eliminating High Value Targets

Essentially, anything that involves you engaging with Banished forces in Halo Infinite will reward you with Valor. You can check how much Valor you’ll earn from each activity by highlighting it on your map and checking the value next to the star icon underneath the mission ‘name.’
