Fan Creates a Beautiful Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Canalave City Papercraft

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl has taken fans of the series back on a nostalgic ride, allowing them to experience plenty of quality-of-life touch-ups and higher fidelity graphics along the way. As a means of celebrating their release, one fan has gone out of their way to create a beautiful papercraft of one of the game’s coolest cities.

As you can see in the post to the Pokemon subreddit below, user Pokecreation managed to craft a beautiful recreation of Canalave City using just paper.

The Canalave City Pokemon artwork is incredibly detailed, featuring cutouts of characters, buildings, and even the city’s famous bridge. This isn’t the first bit of papercraft that the artist has created either, as one look into her Reddit history shows more brilliant examples, like that of Snowpoint City.

To encourage other fans of the Pokemon games to make them as well, Pokecreatoin was kind enough to upload paper printouts of each of their creations at this link. They also encouraged anyone interested in starting out to head over to the papercraft subreddit, as there are a lot of beginner guides and tips to starting out.

What did you think of this papercraft? Do you think you can create your own? Let us know in the comments section below.
