In order to get the Master Ball in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you’ll need to make it to the Team Galactic HQ in Veilstone City. You’ll reach this location naturally as you progress through the story.

To be exact, you’ll need to progress to the point where you make it to the city with the objective of entering Team Galactic HQ. Before entering, though, talk to the Team Galactic Grunt standing outside.

The Grunt will mention that they don’t know anything about a key, then run away. As they leave, they’ll drop the Storage Key that you’ll need to enter Team Galactic HQ. From there, head over to the Team Galactic Warehouse.

Once you’re at the warehouse, you’ll simply need to open the door in the room where you found the Fly HM last time you were here, then progress throughout the building. The passageway into the HQ can be unlocked with the Storage Key that you just obtained.

Make your way through to Cyrus, beat him, and your prize will be the Master Ball.
