Fixing ‘Your account is not authorized to play Halo Infinite‘ Error

According to a number of players on both Reddit and in the Twitter replies to one of the Halo Twitter account’s most recent tweets, the best way to fix the “Your account is not authorized to play Halo Infinite” error message is to close Halo Infinite completely and load it back up again.

If this still doesn’t work for you, players have advised restarting your Xbox console and PC altogether, before trying again.

Should the above method not fix the error, head over to the Halo Waypoint support page and leave a message. With a bit of luck, if there actually is an issue with your account’s authorization to play the Halo Infinite beta flighting, this should flag it to the right people to resolve.
