Naku Weed Locations in Genshin Impact

Naku Weed is a new type of plant that got added in the major 2.0 update that went live just last month. The update added a large new area called Inazuma, and that’s where you’ll find the small purple plant. Inazuma is a nation made up of six main islands, but only three are currently available.

Here are maps from GenshinImpactMap that’ll help you locate Naku Weed on Inazuma’s three available islands:

Go to the locations at the circular purple Naku Weed symbols to find the plant that you’re looking for. You won’t be able to access all of the islands as soon as you get to Inazuma, but as you progress in the Archon Quest storyline, more of the nation will become available to you.

Using Naku Weed

Currently, the main use for Naku Weed in Genshin Impact is related to an NPC named Yasumoto. He’s located south of Fort Fujitou and you can collect the plant for him as part of a small mission.

The other use is related to character ascension. It’s rumored that an upcoming character, Yoimiya, will require players to gather Naku Weed as an ascension material, so it’s a good idea to stock up on it before her banner appears.
