What the Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Preload Time & Date Is

You can preload Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart right now, with the option to pre-install the game going live on June 4. Preloading is available everywhere around the world right now, as long as you have pre-ordered the game digitally from the PlayStation Store.

It’s also been confirmed that the game’s install size comes in at around the 33gb mark. As such, make sure you’ve free’d up some space on your PS5’s SSD to make sure that the game can begin preloading once you’ve completed your pre-order.

What the Unlock Time Is

Once Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart has successfully been preloaded onto your console, you’ll then need to wait until midnight on June 11 in your time zone until you can begin playing the game.

Trying to load up the game prior to this will simply cause an error message to appear on-screen, informing you that you’ll have to wait a little bit longer before you can begin playing. Unfortunately, there is no way around this other than to simply wait.

That’s everything you need to know on what Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart’s preload and unlock times are. For more on the game, head over to our upcoming wiki, search for Twinfinite, or see more of our coverage on the game below.
