Yes, once you beat the game, there is indeed a New Game Plus in Resident Evil Village waiting for you. Once you beat the game you will be prompted to save game clear data. Loading this back up from the main menu will bring you into New Game Plus.

Of course, the keys and key items you collect during the story won’t carry over, but that would take some of the fun out of a new playthrough. You will be able to increase the difficulty on future playthroughs, so there is nothing to stop your first run from being on Casual before you take your New Game Plus gear into Hardcore or Village of Shadows difficulties.

As for what will carry over?

Everything in Ethan’s briefcase. This means every weapon you end the game with, as well as all the weapon upgrades you have purchased. You also keep your Lei and even treasures, if you were worried you needed to have everything sold before the end.

New Game Plus will also bring forth Challenges for you to complete for the opportunity to unlock things like Infinite Ammo for all of your weaponry, saving some headache in future playthroughs on harder difficulties.

That’s all you need to know for if there is New Game Plus in Resident Evil Village.
