How to Heal Your Health in Biomutant
In Biomutant, health is actually recovered health automatically when you’re simply traversing the open-world and not engaged in combat. During combat, however, you’ll need to use consumable healing items. These come in all shapes and sizes and can be found throughout the world in plentiful supply within chests, containers, and as a reward from various NPCs.
To use one, press Up on your dpad and then use the right analog stick to select the one you want to use from the radial menu. Release up on the d-pad/ the right analog stick to use the healing item. The amount it heals and the duration it’ll heal that amount for is displayed in your inventory.
If you find yourself frequently running out of health when in combat then you should perhaps consider increasing your Vitality attribute after leveling up. Of course, equipping better armor will also improve your character’s durability, too.
