Although the most impactful changes to your character’s overall appearance are locked in during the character creator at the start of the game, you can alter their look later by adjusting their haircuts and clothing.

To change haircuts, you’ll need to play through the game until you meet a character called Trim. He’s a barber and can give your hero great styling.

As for changing clothing, go to the Gear menu from the main menu (accessed by pressing Menu/ Options button), and then select the body part you want to change equipment/ weapon for.

For example, you can change the top bit of clothing/ armor of your character by selecting Torso, while selecting their hands enables you to change weapons. You can get more equipment and outfits etc. by exploring the world, buying them from vendors, or crafting them via the crafting menu.
