Redeeming Returnal Astra Suits Bonus DLC Code

First, if you’ve preordered the game digitally, you don’t have to do anything for this first step. The Astra Suits bonus DLC will automatically be downloaded alongside the game once you’ve purchased it from the PlayStation Store.

If you preordered a physical copy of Returnal, you should be given a code either via email or a receipt slip with a code that can be redeemed on the PlayStation Store. To do this, go to the PlayStation Store on your PS5, and then select the three vertical dots icon along the top of this screen and select the ‘Redeem Code’ option.

Enter the code as it appears on the slip and select the ‘Confirm’ option. You should now be shown a screen confirming you’re redeeming the Astra Suits Returnal preorder DLC. Confirm again and it’ll download onto your console.

Changing Into the Astra Suits in Returnal

With the code redeemed, load up Returnal and head to Helios. Here, you’ll find a cabinet you can interact with. Doing so will then give you the option to select either of the two Astra suits your preorder DLC entitles you to, or switch back to the default if neither of them are to your liking.

The two preorder DLC suits you get are called:

  • ASTRA Model 14 Tactical Suit
  • ASTRA Model 9 Prototype Suit

That’s everything you need to know on redeeming Returnal’s preorder DLC. For more guides, check out our wiki or see more of our coverage below.
