First, head to the second basement level of the underground research facility beneath the Manor. Go into the room at the center of the second to last rectangular section of the map. Once you do, you’ll find an employee list.

After you find the employee list, you’ll be pointed toward the research clue’s location in Seafront. Once you go there, you’ll be told to find the home of a former employee.

This employee can be found above the entrance to the town by taking the first left turn into an ally nearby. Turn left again the first chance you get and head up the set of stairs in front of you.

At the top of the stairs will be a gate you can interact with. An NPC will come out and talk with you, letting you know the employee you’re looking for was their relative. They’ll dig up the clues from their belongings and hand them over to you, ending the quest.
